The Story

Attunement is a reflection of harmony, the quiet moment when we begin to live in alignment with ourselves. It speaks of the gentle shift from striving to simply being, where healing becomes less about reaching a destination and more about embracing the person we have become along the way.

Created through many layers of oil paint, soft passages of light emerge through delicate textures and atmospheric tones, revealing a surface that changes with every movement of natural light. Each layer is allowed to remain visible, honouring the journey that shaped it and reminding us that beauty often lies in what has been patiently built over time.

At its heart, Attunement is about learning to listen, to ourselves, to the quiet wisdom that grows through experience and to the gentle rhythms of life that are so often overlooked. It is a painting of presence, balance and quiet acceptance, inviting us to recognise that peace is not found by becoming someone different, but by living more fully as ourselves.

Although inspired by my own journey, Attunement is intentionally open to interpretation. It offers each viewer a space to pause, reflect and discover their own meaning within its atmosphere, creating a personal connection that is uniquely their own.
